One Step Closer: Sarto's Gets a Patio, Plans to Open Late May-Early June

Late May- early June is when Sarto's is slated to open, says chef Brian Laird. The patio was built in the last couple of days at the upcoming Jefferson Park hotspot that describes itself as metropolitan-style Italian restaurant. What should you get excited about? The same thing that chef Laird's seems geeked about: the cicchetti station where he will prepare small bites and snacks and have a chance to have a conversations with guests seated there.
