On Sunday March 11, five top Denver chefs will compete in Cochon 555 for the title of of Prince or Princess of Porc. The five are Steve Redzikowski of Acorn/Oak at Fourteenth, Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja, Paul Reilly of Beast + Bottle, Justin Brunson of Old Major, and Bill Greenwood of Beano's Cabin. Each chef will create six dishes from their heritage breed pig. A total of 1,200 pounds of pork will be cooked and served at the event.

While the event on Sunday is sold-out, a limited number of seats remains available for tonight's Cochon Chef's Course dinner. A star lineup of local chefs, including Frank Bonanno, Brandon Biederman of Steuben's & Ace, and ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro's Lon Symensma will serve a multi-course dinner at Harman's starting at 6:30 p.m. The dinner costs $125 and reservations can be made at 303.388.7428.
