Dorchester Social Eatery Will Open in LoDo

Come June, Dorchester Social Eatery will open at the corner of 15th and Market in a building built in the 1800s.

The 70 seat restaurant will be helmed by Michel Wahaltere, formerly of Gisella and the Campo de Fiori group of Aspen. The chef is planning a global menu with international inspiration from Old World (Africa, Asia, and Europe) as well as New World (US and the Caribbean).

The bar program will include craft cocktails, regional micro-brew beers including branded Dorchester selections along with signature bottled cocktails rotating seasonally.

To transform the interior, the restaurant commissioned experienced designer Jeffrey Elliott. He plans to transform the lower level restaurant into a space reminiscent of a 19th century English regency estate retrofitted with a contemporary touch. A highlight of the Dorschester will be the 4000 square foot rooftop lounge.

Dorchester Social Eatery plans to serve brunch, lunch and dinner, and to feature a menu that includes vegetarian and gluten-free options.
