RINO— On Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., chef Bill Greenwood of Beano's Cabin will make a cameo appearance at the Source. In collaboration with Tender Belly, Greenwood will be butchering up Colorado and Iowa raised Berkshire and Duroc pork. All basic cuts and specialty stuff cut to order including European cuts will be available. There will be small plates available, plus samples of bacon and breakfast sausage.
CAPITOL HILL— Savour, an evening to to support cancer clinical trials in Colorado, will take place on Saturday, April 12 at 6 p.m. The event, hosted by the Colorado Cancer Research Fund at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion, will feature cuisine from chef Hosea Rosenberg of Blackbelly Catering. The four-course menu plus passed hors d'oeuvres includes dishes like coriander-cured salmon and buffalo carpaccio. The cost is $125 and reservations can be made by calling 303.777.2663.
CAPITOL HILL— Join Bonanno Concepts wine director Kelly Wooldridge on the Mizuna patio on Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. for the Drink Pink rosé tasting.
