Bistro Barbès Will Open Early May in Park Hill

Bistro Barbès, a new Park Hill neighborhood restaurant brainchild of Jon Robbins, previously of Mizuna and Gypsy Kitchen, is closer to opening its doors. The chef transformed the 800 square foot space located at 5021 E. 28th Avenue into a quaint dining room flanked by a full size garage door. If all goes well, the restaurant will be open in early May.
