Steve Redzikowski Wins Food & Wine Magazine's People's Best New Chef Southwest

The people have spoken: Steve Redzikowski is the winner for People's Best New Chef Southwest in the poll ran by Food & Wine Magazine. The chef, who co-owns the popular Oak at Fourteenth in Boulder and the newer Denver off-shoot, Acorn, was the only Colorado representative nominated.

Why is he amazing? "Because after starting his career at Le Cirque at age 21, he's raising the bar on the Colorado food scene with his two seasonally focused restaurants—one centered around a unique oak-fired oven and grill (Oak), the other a super-hip shared-plates spot (Acorn)," Food & Wine says.
