Denver Dish Will Feature Work & Class, More

Denver Dish, a new TV show focused on highlighting the local restaurant scene, will premiere on Sunday, May 11 on CBS 4. With a format similar to that used on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Denver Dish will give viewers a glimpse into the workings of two eateries in the Mile High City: Curtis Park Deli and Work & Class.

Host Rob Reese will lead viewers through the story behind each restaurant, a chat with the owners, a couple of recipes demonstrated by the chefs, and, of course, a taste of what customers think about their food and the place they are patronizing.

How were the restaurants selected? The producers of the show, with Joel Spicola at the helm, reached out to Eater Denver to select the first stop on the show. "Eater is a great resource and we wanted to start off the show with a good recommendation," Spicola said. "Then, we asked the guys at Curtis Park Deli where to go next- that's how we ended up at Work & Class in RiNo," he added.

If you don't catch Denver Dish on May 11 at 11 a.m., try tuning in for one of the re-runs on Saturday, May 17 at 4 p.m. or Sunday, May 18 at 11 a.m. For more information, check out the show's Facebook page and keep an eye out for The Great Denver Grill Off, another show produced by the same team, coming up this summer.
