In less than a week, chef Jon Robbins, formerly of Mizuna Restaurant and the founder of the popular supper club Gypsy Kitchen, will open Bistro Barbès at 5021 E. 28th Avenue in Park Hill.
The quaint bistro will feature a daily changing menu filled with takes on classic French cuisine along with some Spanish, middle eastern and North African influences to reflect the neighborhood in Paris the bistro is named after.
Robbins teamed up in the kitchen with chef Will Harris, formerly of True Food Kitchen. Bistro Barbès will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. For more information and reservations, call 720.398.8085.
