BOULDER— Steve Lewis will be on hand at the April 28 Frasca Food and Wine Monday night wine dinner to pour the wines of Isole E Olena, including Chianti, Cepparello, and Cabernet. DENVER— Elway's culinary director Tyler Wiard is headed to Louisville, Kentucky as one of the celebrity chef judges in the Skuna Bay Kentucky Derby Chef Challenge on April 30.
