BOULDER— The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, the Tajik community of Colorado and the Boulder-Dushanbe Sister Cities Organization are hosting an annual Navroz (Persian New Year) celebration on Sunday, April 6 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the plaza next to the Teahouse. The free festival will include Tajik food, dancing and music.
