The Progress and Vision at the Griffin in RiNo

Imagine a world where the German brats are hot, the beers cold, and the Wiener schnitzel amazing. The Griffin, a modern German beer hall brainchild of restaurateur Robert Thompson, aims to bring exactly that to the Industry development at 3001 Brighton Boulevard. With chef John Broening helming the kitchen and Ryan Conklin the beer program, the Griffin will only make RINo hotter when it opens this fall. In the meantime, this is a peek at the progress and the vision.
