Sarto's Gets Its Artisan Oven: Opening Mid-Summer

Mid-summer is the latest opening prediction for Sarto's, the new Jefferson Park eatery where chef Brian Laird will be manning the stoves.. The patio was built, the interior is getting finished, and now the artisan oven is inside the space. Along with the anticipated cicchetti station where the chef will prepare small bites and snacks, pizzas and more will come straight out of the oven that was just delivered.
