Park Burger opened its fourth location last weekend. In a 2,500-square-foot space in Hilltop, the locally-owned burger joint serves it popular variations of the classic along with beer and wine. Unusual combinations include El Chilango, a burger made with cheddar, jalapeños, and guacamole and the Scarpone made with provolone, crispy pancetta, giardiniera, and truffled garlic aioli.
Park Burger Hilltop is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Another location is in the works in the RiNo neighborhood at 2601 Walnut Street.
