If you've had a Tifamade sandwich before, there is reason to celebrate. If you haven't, you are in for a treat. The creative and unique sandwich operation ran by Tiffany Iung has a new home, around the corner from the main entrance at the Truffle Table.
Tifamade Cantine will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. providing lunch-goers a fresh sandwich option in the LoHi neighborhood. The menu will change often but it will reflect Iung's creativity and penchant for flavor balance.
Some of her creations in the past, last sold at Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe among others, included combos like deviled ham with cornichon and apple butter and roasted carrot with harissa hummus, radish, greens, and Manchego.
