CONCORSO DI NEGRONI
When: Sunday, June 1 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Ste. Ellie, 1553 Platte Street
What: Negroni-centric event and competition featuring 10 of Denver's best bartending teams, including Williams & Graham, Colt & Gray, Steuben's, TAG and Acorn. There will be bottled negronis, aged ones, negroni-inspired cuisine, contests, drawings and more.

CAYMUS VINEYARDS WINE DINNER
When: Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 at 7 p.m.

What: A five-course dinner paired with wines from Caymus Vineyards, including a special 40th anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon.

HOT ROCKS GRILLER CHALLENGE
When: Wednesday, June 11
Where: Elway's Cherry Creek, 2500 E. 1st Avenue
What: A celebrity chef competition supporting men's health programs at Denver Health.

The event runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a VIP opening at 5:30 p.m. Tickets cost $100, VIP entry is $250 and reserved tables start at $600. UNWIND: CHIHULY
When: Thursday, June 12 at 6 p.m.
Where: Denver Botanic Gardens, 1007 York Street
What: The kickoff to a new after-hours event series featuring the Chihuly exhibition before it opens to the public, as well as food, drinks and entertainment.

STEVE EARLE & THE DUKES AT THE CHICO
When: Saturday, June 14 at 6 p.m.
Where: Chico Basin Ranch, 22500 S. Peyton Hwy, Co. Springs
What: An open-air concert and festival in the Bell Park cottonwood grove underneath the light of mason jar chandeliers. American Grind, a new food truck, will make its debut at the event with Chico Burgers and fries, with a veggie option. Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe will serve Chico Beef chili sandwiches, pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw and beans.

GREAT DIVIDE 20TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY
When: Saturday, June 14 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Site of Great Divide's future second location, 3403 Brighton Boulevard
What: A celebration of the brewery's 20th anniversary, with special-release beers, food trucks like Pink Tank, live music and more.

SLOW MEAT SYMPOSIUM
When: Friday, June 20 to Sunday, June 22
Where: Auraria Higher Education Center
What: An inaugural gathering of ranchers, butchers, policy experts and consumers designed to produce a plan of action for meat in America.

4TH ANNUAL BLUE RIBBON BACON TOUR

DENVER TACO FESTIVAL
