BOULDER— Join Frasca Food and Wine for a Corsican wine edition of its Monday night wine dinner series on Monday, June 2, as it welcomes Charlie Humphries of Kermit Lynch. Charlie will be focusing on three wines from Corsica, the most mountainous island in the Mediterranean. Chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson has created a four-course menu to pair with the wines, while master sommelier Bobby Stuckey will also be on hand.
