LYFE Kitchen, a Fresh Casual Concept, Opens Next Week

New, 1 comment

LYFE Kitchen, a "fresh casual" concept, is opening its first Colorado location on June 6 in Park Meadows. The menu, created by chefs Art Smith, Tal Ronnen, and Jeremy Bringardner, will bring well-prepared and well-tasting food that is also good for those eating it with a variety of options. The restaurant hopes to bring their motto of "Eat Good. Feel Good. Do Good" to LYFE in Denver this summer.

The LYFE Kitchen chefs will encourage guests to "eat good" by inviting them explore a variety of herbs, spices and sauces with the menu. The eatery, which has five other locations in California and Chicago, is committed to offering customers casual and affordable fare no matter how healthy they strive to eat. LYFE Kitchen aims to be approachable to everyone's dietary choices from paleo and gluten-free to vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian.

The company is committed to purchasing local produce whenever possible. In the Denver area, ingredients will be locally-sourced from the High Plains, seasonal produce from Petrocco Farms, and coffee from Coda Coffee.

LYFE Kitchen will be open for three meals a day, plus snacks, seven days a week.
