Five Months of Construction And Counting at Sarto's

Later this summer, Sarto's, the eatery where chef Brian Laird will be manning the stoves will open its doors in Jefferson Park. The patio was built, the artisan oven is inside the space, and the interior is being transformed. Along with the anticipated cicchetti station where the chef will prepare small bites and snacks, pizzas and more will come straight out of the oven.
