Winner Announced: Grand Cochon 2014 in Aspen

The winner of our Grand Cochon giveaway for two VIP tickets to the event is Emily Grossman. Taking place on Sunday at Aspen's Hotel Jerome, Grand Cochon is the finale of the fifth national tour of Cochon 555, a traveling culinary competition created to promote sustainable farming of heritage breed pigs and responsible agriculture.

To win the tickets, Eater asked readers to share tips for the judges of the competition that will bring them 30 pork dishes to sample.

Tip for the Judges: make sure to cleanse your palate between each chef's offering. Pork is an incredibly versatile meat and I'm sure these chefs will be giving you a wide range of treatments. It's important to not let flavors from one dish float over to another chef's.

Tickets are still available ($150 general admission, $200 VIP) and can be purchased online on the Grand Cochon website.
