BOULDER— On Monday, June 23, join Frasca Food and Wine and Matt Licklinder for a Lioco wine dinner. Matt will pour and discuss wines from Lioco, was one of the first wineries to succeed with unoaked Chardonnay. Chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson has created a four-course menu to pair with the wines, while master sommelier Bobby Stuckey will also be on hand. Cost is $50 plus pairings. SOUTH BROADWAY— On Tuesday, June 24 at 7 p.m. Adelitas Cocina Y Cantina Company will host Del Maguey, a Single Village Mezcal, with five area chefs for a dinner paired with cocktails. These chefs include Chris Douglas, Matt Selby, Kevin Morrison, Brandon Biederman and Sylvia Ayala. Sean Kenyon will be making the cocktails for this event. The cost is $75 per person. WHEATRIDGE— On Sunday, June 29, Dorchester Social Eatery, in partnership with Clear Creek Organics, Pressery and Long I Pie, will host a farm dinner at Clear Creek Organics in Wheat Ridge. Dorchester's chef Michel Wahaltere will create a farm-fresh menu, incorporating fresh produce from Clear Creek with local Colorado meat and sustainable fish from Skuna Bay.
