Venica Dinner at Frasca; Beats On The Creek; More

BOULDER— On Monday, June 9, join Frasca Food and Wine for what's become an annual tradition: the Venica dinner, part of the restaurant's Monday night wine dinner series. Giampaolo Venica returns to share what Frasca's wine department says is the best unoaked white wines in the Collio. Chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson has created a four-course menu to pair with the wines, while master sommelier Bobby Stuckey will also be on hand. FORT COLLINSNew Belgium Brewing and Odell Brewing have paired up to produce FOCOllaboration Ale, the first beer ever brewed collaboratively from both breweries, which are located just one mile apart . The beer is an American Pale Ale made with Fawcett Crystal Malt—an Odell favorite—as well as Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops which are New Belgium staples.
