Cured, a specialty food and wine shop that opened on the Pearl Street Mall in 2011, is well-known for its selection of charcuterie, cheese and even sandwiches. And since it has a full-service kitchen and in-house chefs, Cured is now offering a wide range of catering options.

Though you can always pick up a to-go platter or picnic setup, the catering options allow for more complete meals and events. The "platters plus" call for a cheese and charcuterie board, rounded out with salads and sides made from as much local produce as possible. For a fully-catered evening, choices range from small seated dinners, grand garden parties, whole pig roasts or curated and catered picnics. Aside from food, Cured can also provide beverages, a bartender and fresh flowers.

"We have spent a lot of time perfecting our approach to food and wine, and now we are eager to expand Cured beyond the borders of our market," says co-owner Will Frischkorn.

Cured is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
