Tonight - and the first Tuesday of every month- Root Down is hosting a Raw Food Night, prepared by chef Daniel Asher and raw food-certified sous chef Sarah Phillips. The goal is to provide food that has not been heated over 118 degrees, leaving all natural enzyme as well as nutrient activity of the ingredients completely intact and maximizing bio-availability.
The dinner begins at 6 p.m. and includes a Gypsy Juice and salad, a corn on the cob dish, an eggplant bacon burger, and seasonal popsicles. Tickets are $41 per person, and reservations can be made by calling Root Down at 303.993.4200. Seating is limited.
