LODO - The Capital Grille has brought back its Generous Pour wine event. Now, through August 31, guests can enjoy pours of any of seven separate world-class wine varietals. All of the wines are hand-selected by the Capital Grille's Master Sommelier George Miliotes and can be enjoyed with dinner for $25 per person. For more information, and a list of wines: [Eaterwire]

UPTOWNHumboldt has launched a new pairing concept that they are calling Oysterology. A flight of oysters, served by species, is paired with a flight of white wines, specifically selected to compliment and enhance the flavors of each. Accompanying the wine and oyster pairing is a card that educates the diner about both the oyster variety and flavor profile as well as the wine that has been paired with it. For reservations, call 303-813-1700 or book online at [Eaterwire]

DOWNTOWN - Through August 24, Rock Bottom will be offering a new Summer Honey Ale, a refreshing summer beer with a touch of honey—and a new pairing menu with items like mango chicken and honey chili chicken wings. For more information: [Eaterwire]
