Snooze at Union Station Officially Slinging Pancakes

This morning at 6:30 a.m., Snooze officially opened its doors at Union Station. This ninth location of the Denver-grown breakfast and brunch chain seats 65 guests inside and an additional 40 outside on the patio. Seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., it will dish "fresh twists on America's favorite classics." Don't miss its famed pancakes — the Pineapple upside down one is a classic —, the Benedicts (hello, expertly cooked eggs!), and the wide selection of morning cocktails. There are always seasonal drink and food items joining the list of offerings.
