The Cochinita Pibil at Work & Class has been named one of Cafe Society's 100 favorite dishes of 2014. The dish was created by sous-chef Vicente Sosa by marinating pork in a mixture of achiote and braising it under banana leaves. [Cafe Society]— By Katy Hume
