UPTOWN - Each Wednesday through the end of August, Beast + Bottle is offering a new three-course vegetarian menu as part of its "What's In Wednesday" program. The series, which features a different menu each week, is called "What's In Wednesday" because it will showcase vegetables that are in season locally. BOULDER - On Thursday, July 24, Growing Gardens and Michael Montgomery, chef-instructor at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, are partnering up to offer a hands-on garden-to-table cooking class in Boulder. Classes will cover a variety of topics including basic knife skills, using fresh herbs and aromatics, and cooking intuitively—or cooking without a written recipe. CONGRESS PARK— The second event in the Denver Botanic Gardens' new "Unwind" after-hours event series will take place on Thursday, August 7 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees will be able to view the Chihuly exhibition artwork throughout the waterways and enjoy water-themed entertainment.
