Slowly but surely in the last two weeks, the restored Union Station revealed more of itself with new restaurants, coffee, bars, and more. One of these is the fresh eXchange, a joint venture between Concessions International and Denver entrepreneur Willie Kellum. This casual salad and wrap eatery brings a fast option to those traveling or walking through Union Station.

"With fresh eXchange we're able to build upon the renewed excitement of Union Station. We're one of only eight innovative retail and restaurant partners selected to be part of the grand re-opening," says Anthony Joseph, president of Concessions International. "We've combined high quality food, service, and vibrant decor to ensure guests receive the best dining experience."

fresh eXchange aims to cater to the health-conscious crowd in a fast casual environment. Customers can choose from salads, wraps, and smoothies. Patrons can take their meal away or dine in the simply-designed 1,238-square-foot space that features bold red accents and chairs as a pop of color.
