The Bar Is in Place at Sarto's as Construction Rolls On

Though upcoming Italian eatery Sarto's is a ways off from its original fall 2013 target opening, the extensive construction effort is in overtime, with the bar installed last week. When the Jefferson Park spot is unveiled later this summer, diners will be able to enjoy chef Brian Laird's menu of pasta, cicchetti, and more, in addition to grab-and-go items from an adjacent market.
