Park Burger Announces Plans For Denver Roots Juicery

Park Burger founder Jean-Philippe Failyau is keeping busy. After opening a third location in Hilltop in May—with a fourth planned for RiNo later this summer, as well as Homegrown Tap & Dough opening imminently—now comes the news of a project in development called Denver Roots Juicery.

The juice bar will specialize in unique health-conscious beverages, with the name reflecting both having roots in Denver and vegetable roots. To that end, a crowdSPRING project has been started to develop a logo that incorporates the roots theme. Submissions are being accepted through July 8 and the winner will receive $350.
