Learn about various cuts of beef and how to properly prepare them with accompanying marinades and sauces. The class also includes a guide to locally produced spirits from Peach Street Distillers, and students will get to taste the completed dishes. CITY PARK— On Friday, August 1 from 5 to 8 p.m., Summer Nights @ The Museum is featuring a cooking demonstration and tequila pairing by chef Richard Sandoval at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
