Epic Farm Dinners; New Brews; Vegan Hot Dogs

ASPEN – On July 10, the Little Nell and Emma Farms Cattle Company are hosting a collaborative dinner. Former Nell chef Robert McCormick, now VP of Sales & Marketing at Emma Ranch will prepare a family-style meal of the family-managed ranch's Wagyu beef-centric dishes, including smoked brisket and beef tartare. Guests will meet at the Nell at 4 p.m. to select wine pairings with the help of Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy, before clipping in and riding down-valley to the historic town of Emma, where the original Emma Ranch is located. A welcome aperitif and walking tour of the farm will commence, followed by an epic feast. Return transportation is included in the $100 ticket cost, wine is separate.
