Chef Jennifer Jasinski along with parter Beth Gruitch, chef Jorel Pierce, and an army of highly trained restaurant professionals are gearing up for the opening of the highly anticipated Stoic & Genuine. The fourth restaurant helmed by the dynamic Jasinski and Gruitch, this fish-centric eatery will bring fresh, sustainable, and creative seafood preparations to the grand ambiance of Denver's newly renovated historic Union Station.
What should you expect? On the food side, there are classic favorites such as Lobster Roll, Crab Louie, Whole Maine Lobsters and Fried Surf Clams with unique seafood preparations including Bang's Island Mussels Billi Bi, Beet and Ginger Cured Salmon Sandwich and an extensive list of ever-changing crudo and fresh oysters from the raw bar. Jerry's Spatchcock Chicken and a Hangtown Fry Burger round out the menu.
The bar program, curated by Beth Gruitch and general manager Alaina Silva, a Rioja veteran, will bring an exciting granita bar, creative cocktails, and an extensive selection of grower champagnes by the glass and bottle.
The restaurant, located at 1701 Wynkoop Street, will be open for lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. serving food Sunday-Thursday until 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday until 11 p.m. The bar will remain open one hour after these times. You can make a reservation right now at 303.640.3474.
