Starting right now, The Five Days of Meat, a carnivorous extravaganza will consume your thoughts here at Eater Denver and throughout the rest of the Eater universe. Until Friday, we'll obsess over meat of all kinds with interviews, maps, polls, photo series, and more. Get ready to learn about alternative cuts of steak that are great for grilling, where to find Denver's best carpaccio, which unusual meats your favorite chefs have tried, and so much more. Coming up just a little bit later today, we'll present to you the iconic meat dishes of the Mile High City and we'll also open up the nomination process for a poll we'll be running (hint: it's about steak.)
