Fall brings about a new batch of exciting eateries from neighborhood bistros to ramen shops, high end dining to noodle-focused restaurants. Here for you are the 15 most anticipated fall openings. THE BSIDE
Where: 1336 E. 17th Avenue
What: A beer-centric eatery serving playful old-school food in new ways. Not to miss: the fried chicken.
Who: Justin Lloyd, owner of Star Bar, and partners, in collaboration with chef Jensen Cummings
Anticipated opening: Late August.

MERCANTILE DINING & PROVISION
Where: LoDo, Union Station Development
What: A venture that will include two concepts in one- a restaurant and market. The 75 seat restaurant will focus on dinner while the market will bring salumi, hand crafted cheeses, and in-house potted items that are preserved in jars. Think pickles, jams, rillettes, and more. There will also be a coffee program and pastries, as well as breakfast and lunch menus.
Who: Chef Alex Seidel of Fruition Restaurant and Fruition Farms and chef de cuisine Matt Vawter.

AMASS
Where: 2240 Clay Street, the former Corner House space
What: A community-focused eatery that will bring classic bistro fare - from pâtés to salads, oysters, and coq au vin - to the neighborhood.
Who: Chef and owner Joe Troupe, formerly of Lucky Pie Pizza
Anticipated opening: Early September.

SUNNYSIDE BURGER BAR
Where: 3759 Lipan Street
What: A neighborhood eatery focused on burgers, initially concerted at a second location of TAG Burger Bar
Who: Larimer Associates and chef Troy Guard
Anticipated opening: Early September.

BRAZEN
Where: 4500 West 38th Avenue, in a space that formerly housed 10 Flavors Yogurt.
What: A neighborhood eatery featuring seasonal, creative, yet approachable menu items n a rustic environment.
Who: Industry veteran Christopher Sargent, formerly of Rioja and Acorn and chef Lance BartoSunn

MILK & HONEY BAR KITCHEN
Where: 1414 Larimer Street, Denver
What: An upscale tavern concept in the space formerly occupied by Lime; approachable cuisine, classic cocktails, wine and beer.
Who: Chef Michael Shiell, formerly of Michael's Cherry Creek
Anticipated opening: Late September.

SARTO'S
Where: Jefferson Park, 2900 West 25th Avenue
What: An Italian restaurant focused on seasonal eating and fresh ingredients. The chef promises an extensive pasta program as well as meats and birds prepared in a big great pizza oven Florentine style. The eatery will offer pizza in the retail space, which will also feature house-made fresh pastas and sauces, grab-and-go salads, soups, panini, and more.
Who: Chef Brian Laird and partners, Taylor Swallow and Kajsa Gotlin
Anticipated opening: September maybe, but no one will commit to a timeline.

What: A modern casual Asian noodle shop, quick and affordable, offering a well-edited ramen-centric menu.
Who: A first time restaurant group related to the developers of Industry, the building housing the eatery.
Anticipated opening: Late September-Early October

BLACKBELLY MARKET
Where: Boulder, off Arapahoe & 55th
What: A restaurant and butcher shop that will serve lunch and dinner seven nights a week with brunch on the weekends. A whole animal butchery program will bring guests custom cuts of meat. There will be house-made charcuterie, cocktails, and more.
Who: Chef Hosea Rosenberg of Blackbelly Catering, winner of Bravo's Top Chef Season 5.

What: A restaurant featuring diversified world cuisine and a comfortable bar in an updated space that formerly housed the Highland Garden Cafe.
Who: Mark Ferguson, formerly of Spago in Vail and Las Vegas.

What: A fish-taco centric eatery reminiscent of San Diego's beach towns

OSAKA RAMEN
Where: 2611 Walnut Street in RiNo
What: An underground authentic ramen shop that will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu will star the Ton Kotsu ramen, a rich and deep 24 hour broth made from pork bones and trotters. Four other ramen items will be offered, among other menu choices.
Who: Chef Jeff Osaka of Twelve.
