Colorado Bartenders Bring Home Cocktail Contest Trophy

The Colorado team that competed in the Midwest Melee, an annual cocktail competition, that takes place in Kansas City. The challenge, part of the Paris of the Plains Cocktail Festival, pits four Midwest cities against each other St. Louis (returning 2013 Champion), Denver, Chicago, and Indianapolis. Teams of four bartenders participate in the throw down that determines not only who makes the best drinks, but also who can do it the fastest for a large crowd.

Melissa Durant of Oak at Fourteenth, Chad Michael George and Jason Patz of Williams & Graham, and Alex Parks of Acorn were the four that won the trophy for the Mile High City. Congrats!
