MOD Pizza Is Coming to Park Meadows Next Month

In September, a new fast-casual pizza spot is coming to Park Meadows in the form of MOD Pizza at 8225 S. Chester St. The 2,400-square-foot Centennial store will mark the first Denver-area location for the Seattle-based company, which currently operates in Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona.

MOD Pizza centers on individual, artisan-style pizza made in a large 800-degree oven, ready in less than five minutes. Diners choose from a menu of classic combinations, or build their own pizza from 30 different toppings atop organic, fresh-pressed dough and signature sauces. MOD also serves salads, hand-spun milkshakes, craft beer, wine, and house-made lemonade and iced tea.

"MOD is a place where families and friends can come together, in a super friendly environment and where everyone is encouraged to create their pizza or salad exactly how they want it," says Bob Merullo, principal of E and M Holdings. He and Kevin Embree, also of E and M, are partnering with MOD Pizza to own and operate the Denver locations.
