Rio Grande Will Open in Frisco Next Month

The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant's seventh location will land in Frisco in September as a next-door neighbor to the world's highest Whole Foods. A newly designed building in the Basecamp development will be home to the first new outpost of the Mexican eatery in 10 years, located at 182 Lusher Court.

In the homegrown chain's first freestanding spot, the legendary Rio margs will of course be served, along with an array of menu items specific to the Frisco location. Also look for two large patios, allowing the space to go from 3,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet, depending on the season.
