DENVER – AC Golden Brewing Company has released Peche, a sour beer from its Hidden Barrel Collection. This bottle-conditioned beer is made with Palisade peaches and has a distinct fresh peach smell combined with citrus fruit and earthiness. According to head brewer Jeff Nickel, Peche works well with sweet, fruity desserts such as caramel apple pie. It also pairs with fatty meats, such as short ribs and tuna filets.
