Zocalo Restaurant & Bar, the Mexican joint on East 11th Avenue, was seized by the state for non-payment of taxes. The landlord was also trying to collect back rent. Earlier this year, Zocalo's owners had closed an outpost on South Broadway. [Cafe Society]
