BALLPARK - On Wednesday, September 3, Lower48 will partner with Kim & Jake's Cakes for a special evening of great food, drink, and baked goods — all to raise awareness for Celiac Disease. Chefs Alex Figura and Jake Rosenbarger (diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2012) are collaborating on a special a la carte menu that is entirely gluten-free. The menu format at the Ballpark restaurant will remain the same — offering "Each," "Small," and "Large" plates — but every dish will be gluten-free. Cocktails, wine and even gluten-free beer will also be available.
