What: A tiki showcase where local bartenders will feature their best island-inspired cocktails, complete with the most elaborate garnishes and rare tropical ingredients in a setting reminiscent of a beach.

DENVER FOOD AND WINE GRAND TASTING

What: The 10th anniversary celebration where food and wine enthusiasts will enjoy sampling from more than 30 of Denver's top restaurants along with pours of wine and spirits, as well as Viking culinary stage demonstrations from chefs like Troy Guard and Ian Kleinman.

What: A dinner at which finalists for C.A.F.E.'s micro-grant program will present sustainable food projects, in partnership with Grow Local Colorado and Chipotle.
