Watch Chefs Steve Redzikowski and Kelly Liken Tomorrow on Knife Fight

Tomorrow night at 8 p.m. MST, chefs Steve Redzikowski of Acorn and Oak at Fourteenth and Kelly Liken of Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail will face each other on Knife Fight. The new TV show, produced for Esquire Network by Flower Films and Authentic Entertainment, pits acclaimed chefs from across the country against one another in quick-fire battles in which they must make at least two dishes in one hour from a selection of mystery ingredients.

In the Colorado edition of the production, the two chefs will work with live spot prawns. A sneak peek shows us that Redzikowski tries not to crack under the pressure as Liken is nearly taken down by a kitchen mishap.

In the background, there is a loud heckling crowd and judges that always include respected chefs, food professionals, and host Ilan Hall. This episode's judges include chefs Naomi Pomeroy and Brendan Collins.
