Brewery Battle; Gluten-Free Cooking; More

Gluten-free is all the rage and one of this week's best culinary events is a class on gluten-free cooking. The Brewery Battle is also among must-try events.


BALLPARK - The Ignite Brewery Battle will pit Boulder Beer against Avery Brewing in a beer tasting and paired burger battle. The event is at Ignite Burgers & Lounge on Thursday, September 25 at 6 p.m. Ignite's Chef Jared Peterson will create the unique burgers for the event. BALLPARK - The expert chefs at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts have created a class, which takes place on September 25, to show you the endless possibilities of gluten-free cooking. Learn how to prepare certain dishes with gluten-free alternatives including tortillas and beef satay. The lesson, which runs from 6 to 9:30 p.m., also includes a guide to some inherently gluten-free main courses.
