Visitors to the Source now have another place to imbibe, with yesterday's opening of RiNo Yacht Club. The casual community bar, which set sail in the space formerly occupied by CapRock Farm Bar, aims to celebrate social drinking cultures from around the world, under the guidance of owner Mary Wright.

Look for a cocktail list divided into three sections: Eastern Medicine, Western Medicine, and Trusty Companions, where you'll find staples like Fernet and Coke, Pimm's cup, or an Americano.

"Some of our original cocktails bring regional flavors together in ways that may be unexpected," Wright says. "The Age of Exploration, for example, combines rum with a housemade masala sangria syrup, and dry curaçao. The drink is reminiscent of the islands because of its base spirit, but it also brings together spices from the Indian continent—clove, cinnamon, cardamom, and cumin—and a Syrah wine, which is used in the sangria syrup."

The wine list offers six reds and whites by the glass, plus a rose and a sparkling wine. The bottle selection numbers more than 25, many of which are natural wines or idiosyncratic varietals, with most available by the glass if guests purchase two glasses.

The opening tap lineup includes picks like Elevation's Fan Boy Imperial IPA and the seasonal Pumking from Southern Tier, though food-friendly beers will consistently rotate in and out. And if you're looking for a nosh to pair with your beverage, a menu of small plates and snacks will be available via Acorn. Shareable dishes such as potted pates and rillettes, salads, and specialty popcorn are served in a format reminiscent of modern dim sum.

Yacht Club is open Sunday and Wednesday through Friday from 4:30 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 10 p.m.
