Monday is fast approaching and with that will come the highly anticipated opening of Mercantile Dining & Provision, the last restaurant to begin service at Union Station. The 5,000 square-foot space located at the North end of the train terminal will house a European-inspired market and restaurant that will open daily at 7 a.m., will provide a casual breakfast and lunch, and will turn the lights down low for dinner service in its 75 seat dining room. What exactly will chef Alex Seidel and his partners offer? Well, here's a first look at the menus.
Dinner will be served seven nights a week starting at 5 p.m.
The dessert offerings.
During the day, the restaurant offers a variety of casual breakfast and lunch items served from the counter, from fresh croissants to sandwiches, soups, salads, and more.
In addition to all of these, there is a well-curated coffee program that uses locally roasted Commonwealth Coffee, as well as a thoughtful wine and cocktail list compiled by sommelier Patrick Houghton and bartender Stuart Jensen.
Reservations can be made on Open Table or by calling 720.460.3733.
