RINO - On Friday, September 5 from 5 to 10 p.m., Cart Driver, RINo's new pizza hot spot, and Proof Wine & Spirits, a boutique liquor store, are hosting dual grand openings parties. Located at bookends on Larimer Street, Cart Driver at 25th and Proof at 34th, the two businesses invite guests to come in during the First Friday RiNo Art Walk for samples, tastings, specials, and more.

BOULDER - On Saturday, September 6 starting at noon, Sanitas Brewing Company will host its one year anniversary party featuring several rare beer tappings, a grown up bake sale with beer infused cupcakes, a crawfish boil put on by McDevitt Taco Supply, and tunes spun by DJ Z-Staar throughout the evening. GOLDEN TRIANGLE— On Saturday, September 6 from 5 p.m. close, Charcoal Restaurant is hosting its annual Swedish crayfish party, Kraftskiva. The event, which is open to the public and great for small parties and groups, includes Swedish smorgasbord items as well as Swedish-style crayfish. To reserve, call 303.454.0000.

BOULDER - Jax Fish House is hosting a fish to farm dinner on Saturday, September 6 at 6 p.m. The event, which will take place at Isabelle Farm in Boulder, will give guests the opportunity to sample a variety of fresh oysters and a specially selected aperitif. The menu for the five-course dinner features freshly picked organic produce from Isabelle Farm and is prepared on-site by five of Jax's chefs. The cost is $125 per per on and the proceeds benefit Growe Foundation's Garden to Table programs in the Boulder Valley School District. Reservations can be made online here.

BALLPARK - Starting Saturday, September 6, join the expert chefs from Cook Street School of Culinary Arts for a series of weekly classes covering the essential techniques behind making bread. In Classic Techniques: Artisan Bread, learn basic bread techniques, how to make enriched breads, breakfast breads, and how to work with variety breads. Once the baking is done, students will enjoy lunch and head home with a new-found respect for the loaf of bread found at the bakery. The class runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Saturday throughout September, and it costs $389 to attend all four classes. More information can be found here.

CHERRY CREEK - In honor of the first regular season game of the Broncos against the Indianapolis Colts, Elway's Cherry Creek will host a tailgating party on Sunday, September 7 starting at noon. The backyard will be open and the Samples will play from 1 to 4 p.m. Elway's brunch menu will be served in the dining room and a special brunch menu will be offered on the enclosed patios. Guests in the courtyard can choose from signature grill items and enjoy cocktails, wine, or beer from the five bars set up outside. The TVs in the Elway's lounge will broadcast the big game after the party. Reservations for the covered patios can be made by emailing erin@elways.com.
