BOULDER - Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company will make an appearance at Frasca Food and Wine on Wednesday, September 10, for a guest brewer dinner. LODO - Dorchester Social Eatery is hosting Victory Brewing Company for its monthly Tap Series on September 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. Victory Brewing signature brews will be paired with chef Wahaltere's tasting menu. Craft beers will include WildDevil, HopDevil, Golden Monkey and Prima Pils. A four item-tasting menu will be available for $35 and pints between $5 and $9.
