BOULDER- On Tuesday evening, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., PMG will host its first wine tasting event. The wine bar and eatery invites guests to the Rockpile AVA seminar and tasting with Clay Mauritson of Mauritson Wines. BOULDER - Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company will make an appearance at Frasca Food and Wine on Wednesday, September 10, for a guest brewer dinner. Along with the culinary team, Covaleski will create a six-course dinner with six beer pairings. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in Frasca's private dining room: The Taverna Room. LODO - Dorchester Social Eatery is hosting Victory Brewing Company for its monthly Tap Series on September 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. Victory Brewing signature brews will be paired with chef Wahaltere's tasting menu. Craft beers will include WildDevil, HopDevil, Golden Monkey and Prima Pils. A four item-tasting menu will be available for $35 and pints between $5 and $9. UPTOWN - On Wednesday, September 17, Argyll Whisky Beer is hosting a its monthly beer dinner, featuring Renegade Brewing Company brews. Guests will enjoy a hand-selected pick of beers and a special September menu created by culinary director, John Broening.
