The beloved Dish Restaurant + Bar in Edwards turned eight in August but on the Friday, September 19, it will close its doors to reinvent itself as an oyster and crudo bar with a seafood-centric menu.
Owners Pollyanna Forster and Chris Irving have put together some fun parting gifts for fans of the restaurant: starting right now, everything is 40 % off- yes, food, cocktails, and bottles of wine. Between now and closing time, every guest will receive a copy of the Brussels sprouts recipe that chef Veronika Morales created, one of the most popular plates at the restaurant.
The restaurant located at 56 Edwards Village Boulevard will reopen on October 5 as one of the names below. Which name do you like? The ownership would love to hear from you; email pollyanna@eatdrinkdish.com with your suggestion.
