RINO - Earlier this month, Cart-Driver launched its "Before" (happy hour) menu. The special is available daily from 3 to 6 p.m. and features items meant to be enjoyed as a precursor to a meal, including prosecco, Italian-style spritzes, and fresh oysters. The "After" (late night) menu, available daily from 10 p.m. to midnight, will offer specials on items to be enjoyed post-dinner, including amaros, beers and late night snacks.
